Kit Pre-Order Requests

All orders are processed as pre-orders and require full payment for product costs before submission to our supplier. Shipping costs are calculated after fulfillment is completed and invoiced separately prior to shipment. Orders are shipped only after the shipping invoice is paid. Processing and delivery timelines may vary based on supplier availability and logistics. In the rare event an item cannot be sourced, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy. Order updates will be provided as fulfillment progresses.
